SARAH E --THE BEST !!! 9/16/2010

I've been to numerous salons and stylists in south florida and nobody compares to Sarah. I was told by many stylists that it was not possible to achieve the hair color that I wanted but Sarah was able to make it happen! She knew exactly what to do with my hair and gave me the perfect color, cut and blow dry to completely transform my look. Sarah is so amazing at what she does that even though I no longer live down south, I will still travel the distance just to get my hair done by her! more

FRIZZ FREE HAIR thanks to Nato! 8/25/2010

I have naturally thin, curly and frizzy hair. I went to see Nato at Pure Salon for a Chocolate Treatment and my hair looks outstanding! I had been wanting to have this treatment done for a long time, but was scared that it would damage my hair. After reading lots of great reviews about Nato, I decided to give it a try and I am so happy I did. My hair has been so easy to manage during this humid Florida summer!\r \r Thanks so much to Nato, I would definitely recommend him and look forward to another treatment with him! more

Chemical Free Highlights! 8/24/2010

Thanks to Nato I was able to add more dimension to my to color without having to use any chemicals. Nato applied Great Lengths Hair extensions for me and I could not be happier. They are so easy to style and maintain. I can't wait to try some new colors and have a new look next time!!! more

I'd fly to see Nato 4/2/2010

Nato changed how I thought about my hair. He took me from dark brown to a beautiful neutral blonde with subtle lowlights and I could not be happier. My hair looks rich and healthy and has grown out beautifully - certainly not what I expected with the mess my hair was in before seeing Nato. I've gone through a few styles with Nato and am always impressed in how he interprets my vision for my hair. He always gives me hair I can do myself, but nothing compares to his blow- outs. Gisselle - Best Stylist Around 2/4/2010

Gisselle has a knack for looking at the person and seeing what color, cut and style would be the most flattering for that person. She takes the time to get to know your lifestyle so that the style is exactly what you are looking for. She is personable, professional and a pleasure both as a stylist and a person. I needed a new new salon and this one had most reviews . I never know what to make of these citysearch write-ups.... Anyyway, just called salon, and told them what I needed. The receptionist put me with Tracy. I asked her to do whatever she thought would be the best for my hair (I'm a brunette who goes blond). I was scared because she suggested I go darker and I've been blond for so long. I love it and my husband actually complimented me and he never notices my hair. IT's shiny and looks healthy and the cut is great. I don't know how much of citysearch is for real but this reviewer is!!!! Thank you Tracy. See you soon. NATO of Pure Salon & Spa 12/20/2009

I am so happy I found this review section on citysearch. My stylist/colorist at Pure is Nato. He is the most talented stylist/colorist I have ever had do my hair. He always listens to what look I want and figures out how to make that look work for me. Thanks to Nato for always making my hair look beautiful! I highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for an exceptional stylist that knows hair and how to create manageable styles for busy people! more

Want a Ton of Complements? See Nato!! 12/20/2009

I live in Ft. Lauderdale and drive all the way to Boca Raton to get my hair cut and colored with Nato. I usually get a new style or color each time, from funky highlights to a more conservative look for a new interview I had he worked with all my requests with ease. This last haircut I got is a bit more funky and I've had SO MANY complements - its awesome!! Also my highlights are just plain sexy. Love it! Thanks!! Plain Jane...not so much! 12/7/2009

I live on the other coast of Florida and drive 2 hours JUST to get my hair done by Jane. She is always very consistent and innovative with color and cuts. I have never had a bad haircut or color and the best thing about the cuts, is that when it grows out, its a new cut/do! She is completely hilarious and will keep you laughing throughout your entire appointment. I only make it over about once every 3 months, but would make an appointment every month if I lived closer. I would highly recommend her and her services to anyone within driving distance to the salon. Pros: Talk of the town!!! more

You HAVE to see JANE!! 12/5/2009

JANE is amazing!! I dyed my blonde hair dark on a whim and hated it! My previous stylist said there was nothing she could do about it, but then I went to Jane. She took my hair back to blonde without frying it and gave me the best cut I've ever had. All that and she's hilarious and so much fun!!! I highly reccommend Pure Salon and especially Jane. She is the only stylist I see when I'm in Boca!! Pros: Best salon in Boca!! more

Jane is the greatest stylist around 12/4/2009

I have a hard time styling my own hair and my dull blond color is blah. I put my hair in Jane's hands and let her go with it. The way she cuts my hair makes it much easier to style on my own. She gives me tips and suggestions that really help. I let her decide the color for me and she brightens me up with hi-lights and lo-lights. I walk out of there feeling and looking great. Besides this, Jane is all personality. It is fun being in her chair. She also cuts my husband's hair and makes him look great too. This girl is a terrific stylist! Pros: Stylish, friendly salon more

I WAS NEW TO TOWN, AND WAS INTRIGUED BY THE LOOK OF PURE SALON. I DECIDED TO STOP IN ON A MONDAY WHEN THE SALON LOOKED SLOW. ONCE I CHECKED IN I WAS INTRODUCED TO ADAM WHO MADE ME FEEL RIGHT AT HOME. MY ROOTS WERE 4 INCHES GROWN OUT, AND I WAS IN DESPERATE NEED OF A GLAMOROUS CUT AND STYLE. WE GOT TO TALKING AND ADAM KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED.... SOMETHING WITH A LITTLE EDGE BUT STILL CLASSY. HE GAVE ME A 15 MIN. CONSULTATION ABOUT MY COLOR WHICH PUT MY NERVES AT EASE. ( HIS CHARMING BOYISH GOOD LOOKS MAY HAVE HELPED AS WELL). ONCE I WAS WASHED,CUT, AND BLOWN OUT I FELL IN LOVE WITH MY NEW HAIR. IT WAS WHAT I HAD ALWAYS WANTED BUT COULD NEVER ACCOMPLISH ANYWHERE ELSE. Sarah E is hands down one of the most talented color/cut stylists I have been encountered in 12 years of living in Boca. Having experienced salon after salon and spending thousands of dollars - FINALLY someone who really understands their craft and truly provides a unique experience for her clients. Best Haircut & color in YEARS 11/18/2009

I've been having Sarah at Pure Salon cut and color my hair for quite some time. She gives me the best cut for my curly hair that I've had in years. She also colors my hair and I never have to worry about being too blond or dark or about my hair getting fried. Additionally, she recommended I have the Brazilian Keratin treatment during the summer months to eliminate my frizzies! LOVE IT!!!! Sarah is perfection personified! Best & Coolest Hair Style of My Entire Life!!!! 11/18/2009

So last week I had an amazing hair cut and color by Brittany. at the time my mother was with me and she is a bit more convervative than so I asked for a simple hair cut and color. When i returned back to home and to work I recieved soooooooooo many compliments that I thought I should go back and try something a little more extreme. Brittany by far is the most amazing colorist and stylist I have EVER had in my life. She gave me the cutestest inverted bob that you have ever seen. Amazing Salon 11/16/2009

Pure was referred to me by a friend after I went through years of dealing with screwed-up hair experiences (everyone wants to do YOUR hair the way THEY want). She said for me to see Nato, and I haven't regretted seeing him once. The first time he did my hair, I gave him an idea of what I wanted, and he did it perfectly. He's the only person I trust to do my hair now (and I change my hairstyle alot). Not only is HE great, but the Salon is awesome too. They're very polite, they offer you drinks, and they have comfortable reclining massage chairs to sit on while you get your hair washed (massaged). I wouldn't change a thing about them. Pros: Great environment. Cons: none. more

I've never looked better 11/12/2009

I recently saw SARAH E for my color and cut. From the moment she touched my hair I could tell she knew what she was doing. I wanted to leave the salon as blonde as possible and instead of making easy money off of me, she insisted that I wait and take baby steps to achieve my look and keep my hair in healthy condition. She knows her stuff and is great with long hair. My layers fall beautifully. A++ Pros: Great staff and professional environment Cons: none! more

I am so happy with my decision to go to Pure Salon & Spa. I havent cut my hair in roughly a year in order to grow it out for a donation to Locks of Love, so i was sceptical about letting someone cut my hair. So after looking at other customers' reviews I decided to go to Pure and have Brittany as my stylist. She is AWESOME! Very nice, welcoming & such a warm personality. Very easy to trust going into my hair cut. She took her time with our consultation and made sure she has an accurate idea of what I was looking for. Not only was the cut exactly what I asked for but the color and highlights were spot on. Everyone at the salon was so nice and friendly. It was a great environment. I will definately return! LOVE! LOVE! LOVE IT! 10/6/2009

Cant say enough about how much I enjoy (and miss, since I live in GA now) going to Pure Salon & Spa. \r \r I have really thick curley hair so a great cut is very important and sometimes hard to come by. But a great cut is exactly what I get from Gisselle, my favorite stylist at Pure. I don't know how she does it but she's able to cut my hair so that it still looks great after its grown out. \r \r And if you need to have your eyebrows looking good then Lindsay is your girl. I used to maintain my eyebrows myself (and it showed) until I had Lindsday work her magic. After that I made sure to make at least a monthly appointment with her until I moved out of state. great hair and eyebrows! 10/5/2009

I love Sarah E! She has been cutting my hair for the past couple of years and I love love love my hair! Ever since I started seeing her my hair has been the healthiest I've ever had it! (and i'm constantly using heating tools) There were times where I had to cheat on her because I was away but I always hate the cut and had to go back to Sarah ASAP! I also see Lindsay for eyebrows and will never go to anyone else. She teaches me how to take care of my eyebrows if I'm away for too long. She said i've done a good job on keeping them up but her and I both know shes the only one who can get them perfect! Pros: friendly, helpful staff Cons: none! more
