We have made it a family tradition to go to Brooksdale farm in Pungo and go on a hayride, pick a pumpkin, and go for pizza and ice cream afterwards. Great atmosphere for the kids...

We have made it a family tradition to go to Brooksdale farm in Pungo and go on a hayride, pick a pumpkin, and go for pizza and ice cream afterwards. Great atmosphere for the kids!!! At one end is the ice cream shop, tables, etc.. Then at the other end, tables and video games that surround you so the kids can get up and play while you enjoy adult time. Even across the street were (hopefully still there) horses and the kids would eat their ice cream while checking out the horses. more

Love going there-they make everyone feel like family and the food is great. The pizza is great and I really love their Peanut butter ice cream. The employees are always friendly - great place to eat . Mike and Ann more

Pungo Pizza & Ice Cream 10/31/2006

Pungo Pizza & Ice Cream is located at 1824 Princess Anne Rd in VA Beach. I love going here because it's a family type atmosphere. I think out of all the family type restaurants in the area, this one ranks right up there. Having ice cream after pizza is just cool in my book. And, you can do that in this same restaurant. The pizza is great, though, so you may not have room for the ice cream. more

Pungo Pizza 3/21/2006

If you're looking for somewhere new to go, this is the place. They have fantastic and unique pizzas and other foods. Especially their chicken ranch pizza, which is more like a deep dish pie. The staff is very friendly and fast. It has a great family atmosphere and I would have no problem taking young children here. It's a nice break. more
