They explained everything clearly, performed all the work discussed, kept me informed, delivered on time, and the improvement in the ride and performance of my car was better than I had expected. Larry described the work extremely well. And the mechanics really did a great job. more

FIRST OIL CHANGE 4/7/2014

Was the first one in line on a Saturday morning. Got in and out in under a hour and that was with getting my car washed. Matt Parker is a excellent service person....really appreciated all his help. Also it was nice that they have Coffee, Fruit and Danishes to snack on complementary while you wait for your car. One last thing.....it was nice and comforting that I could see my car being worked on at all times. more

I have received excellent service from Larry, a Customer Service Manager at PH Hyundai. He has always treated my wife and me with courtesy, respect, like we were family. We will continue to have our Hyundais at PH Hyundai. more

Their service is so prompt and everyone is very courteous. I dealt with Javier from service and he is really nice. And Roger the driver had to take me to work and back and he is really nice and talkative instead of that awkward silence. They had to keep my car overnight so they helped me out and loan me a rental car for FREE!\r more

Smooth flow in the whole process 4/1/2014

All went very smoothly except at the end when payment was made. Had to wait for the credit card billing system to be fixed. Had proposed a bill to be sent to me and to release my card immediately but the request was not honored more

It's refreshing to deal with a dealership and service department that caters to it's customers. Purchasing a new vehicle of any price is a big deal and a lot of money. It's nice to be treated like you matter and you're not just another commission or sale. I highly recommend this dealership and the service department. more

I was referred to PH Hyundai by a relative and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service that was given to me and my husband. We were just checking out make and models while we visited the rental department because we may be interested in buying one back home. The sales agents were very kind and while they checked quotes for me, also offered us lunch which we couldn't refuse. I'll be sure to refer all of my local friends here whenever they are in the market for a new or used car!\r more
