With his extensive knowledge in loans he saved our transactions! I represented the seller on a property in Santa Barbara Ct and a different agent represented the buyer in which my seller was also in escrow to close in their new home (contingency sale). Buyer's lender informed us that he could not do the loan (credit union attempting to do a FHA loan). But since I had previously spoken with Wesley the decision was made between all parties, including the buyer, to begin the loan process with Wesley since there were a lot of red flags with the credit union. We knew the loan was going to fall out with the original lender, and when it did, Wesley picked it up and closed my client's home and we were able to close on my client's new purchase! Without Wesley's quick response we would have had two very upset clients!
