He and his team did everything to see that everything was ready ahead of time. They used logic and sound judgment and were proactive in getting together everything they needed to close this on time. He personally walked the paperwork to the funder the morning we closed. Not many would go that extra mile. This was one of the best transactions I've had. Not an ounce of lender drama; sorry, but usually an underwriter or funder raise a fuss over something goofy. Not this time. I'd gladly work with Wesley again. In fact, I plan to use him with future buyers. more

Understood that, although they do this every day, that I will probably only do this a few times in my life. Great at coordinating with all parties involved.
