In my opinion BAD BAD BAD I hired him to do my rubber roof he came, installed it, and the next day it rained and and flooded my house. He came and said he fixed it. It leaked worse than before I ever called Property Restorations LLC of Appleton Wi. 2 months later after trying to get in touch with Property Restorations I ended up paying another roofing company to come and remove the roof and do it right. We took Property Restorations to court and won. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP IN COURT. And now they claim they have no money. Have you ever heard of the contractor who takes your money does half the job and takes off. I have expericened first hand with Property Restorations.
