The prices were a little bit higher than other companies in the area, but I am willing to pay a little extra for high quality work. Very punctual and courteous, I couldn't have asked for better. I called on short notice and they were at my house later that afternoon with their equipment ready to go. Within an hour the house was cleaner than I had ever seen it and there was no mess left behind. I won't think twice next time I need a cleaning. more

BEWARE!!! This company operates on SCAMMING people. I own a rental property in which the tenants called property doctors to fix a leak in the plumbing. I had no idea until i recieved a bill for $12,500!!!!!!!!!!! \r \r SCAM SCAM SCAM!\r \r I contacted the company and they mentioned they fix the pluming and even did asbestos removal! Funny thing is i had the home remodeled a few years ago.. when i brought this up they didnt know what to say and replied with ""contact our lawyer"". I never authorized any work to be done... and the tenant did not either.. \r They contain a clause within all thier paperwork saying ""I understand that i have the right to cancel a home repair contract within three days but because of the ermengency stated above (which is blank because i never agreed to anything) I waive the right to cancel and and because any delay will cause further damage"" \r \r Can you believe that?!?!\r \r Needless to say Im headed off to court to fight these guys... I need to stick up to frauds like this so they stop taking advantage of people in need of honest trustworthy help more

Do not use this company for emergency cleanup services, they do not provide estimates and then attempt to grossly overbill for their services! They attempted to bill us more than twice what our insurance company quoted using standard ""Xactimate"" guidelines and it has been a nightmare ever since trying to get them to correct their invoice. In the end, they threatend us with legal action with a overbilling of $500! The haphazardly removed the flooring, damaging tiles not contaiminated with sewage backup, swore often out loud (were unprofessional), and tried to get us to agree to more unnecessary work (again, without estimates). more

We had an excellent experience with Property Doctors. We had a flood issue under our house after a sump pump failed (over a foot of water under the house). Our highly trusted plumber referred us to Water Recovery Inc. They came promptly. They advised us on all our options and did not pressure us in any direction. After we decided to move forward, the technician worked quickly and carefully clearing the flood and testing our sump pumps. He was very knowledgeable and offered several helpful tips so we could avoid this situation in the future. He left the work site in a clean condition (not easy considering it was sludge he was dealing with.) He was safety minded, up to speed on city codes, and very professional. We would definitely use Property Doctors services again in the future and certainly recommend them.\r more

A pipe in my building's attic burst about two weeks ago, flooding my unit. I called Property Doctors and they called me back almost immediately. A couple of hours later, Owner and his crew arrived and got right to work. \r \r The crew has been clean, efficient and professional. This type of event is pretty traumatic, and Owner did everything he could to make this process fast, courteous and professional. more

They did an AMAZING job on our home! We had a few very dark areas that made our carpets look awful and they came right out with their special steam treatment. They were very friendly, very reasonably priced and would refer them over and over! \r \r Great experience!! more

OK literally just got my carpets cleaned here... these guys are extremely professional, and came in before hand to assess the area, figure out a time frame and did the work. They got the carpet cleaned and left. My colleagues have used this company before, so I thought I'd give it a try. Very happy would use their service in the future, I highly recommend them.\r more

The results were awesome. The staff was polite and worked quickly-- I was amazed at how much dirt came out of a seemingly clean carpet. I was also pleased that the carpet dried overnight. A week later it looks and feels cleaner. I'm happy with the results and will use them again.\r more
