I used this place to clean my carpet. It was like a whole new world. Dazzling. Delightful. I recommended it to my many friends and relatives. more

My entire experience with them has been top-notch - from the first call to the actual carpet cleaning. And the cleaning was amazing! The only time my carpets were cleaner was when I first bought them. I'll use these guys again for sure!!!\r more

My parents recently found out that they had water damage in their home. I was able to chance upon Property Doctors because of the reviews that I read. \r They were very patient, transparent with costs and flexible with their time. Overall, a fantastic and simple process. \r Couldn't have asked for more. more

In these times of mediocrity and poor service, when you get exactly what you want it is often a surprise. Property Doctors is a wonderful company with polite, efficient and very well-trained personnel. \r more

This review is for their customer service:\r These guys are really on top of it. I haven't ever had this kind of A++ experience when calling places like these. Within 5 minutes of my inquiry, they were taking down my address and booked someone out to assess my wood soaked floors early the next morning (I called the evening before). The guy coming into the house was on time (they even called to let me know he was on his way) and did a thorough and honest assessment of the damage. He said there would be an estimate in my email that afternoon and by 12pm there certainly was! Very easy to understand and clear outlines of the work needed.\r more

As a previous reviewer discussed they are very late, rude, charged my insurance company for things not even used in our home, constant fighting for our adjuster, we have had another loss at another property which was handled by a different company and the experience was alot better. With all the choices for this kind of work it wouldn't be hard to do better.... more

Late, late, late, late, late, not to mention anything but thorough. The guys were nice; that's about all I have to say that's good about this company. I called for an estimate and they were supposed to be there by 6. When they hadn't showed up by 8 I called, and said someone would be out within the hour - at 9:30 PM they finally arrived, spent 5 minutes, and left us with an estimate. The next day, the guy showed up to do the work and found out we didn't have electricity in the cellar (something the guy who did the estimate should have noted) and had to call an electrician to give them power. The electrician knocked out power to half of our house, and I didn't notice until he was gone, and he didn't come back out until the next morning. It took 2 calls to Property Doctors to even reach the electrician. Eventually, our plumbers took over dealing with Property Doctors. The plumbers wanted to begin work at 9 am, so property docs said they'd be there by 7 to get the water out. They didn't arrive until 9:30, so the plumbers couldn't start until after noon. They were late a few other times as well. Oh, and our cellar still stinks. They completed the work a month ago, and we still haven't been billed. I called a week after they finished to ask for the bill, and they told me they'd have it by Monday. It's now 3 weeks after that, and still no bill, still told it's ""under review."" They told me yesterday they'd have it to me this morning - still haven't seen it. more

Xactimate is the most used and trusted 3/13/2012

Xactimate is the most used and trusted replacement cost estimating software for the insurance repair industry. In an insurance loss such as the loss below, the insurance adjuster was in agreement with the services that were provided. Original estimate, authorization, pictures, scope of work, drawings, moisture readings and any third party bills are submitted to the insurance adjuster, who then reviews the loss and based on the documentation, determines if the loss should be paid in full or adjusted. The loss in question below, was paid in full with no deductions from the insurance adjuster. The home in question did not have enough power to support the drying equipment and a power box was added. A refund above what was originally estimated for the electrical box was discounted on the final invoice to client in the amount of $80. 12/8/12 we started work, the client decided to use their own contractor to replace the insulation and after several attempts to collect the bill, we finally received payment on 2/7/12. more

I have a home in Thornton Colorado and 2/8/2012

I have a home in Thornton Colorado and had a frozen pipe break. I used this restoration company to dry the crawl space under the home as well as the insulation and wet sub-floor. The original work crew did not use proper equipment to determine the extent of water damage and cut more insulation than necessary, as a result. All I heard over and over from the crew members was ""don't worry the insurance will cover everything."" including a window that was damaged due to running big electrical cords for equipment through the window, in sub zero weather. I asked about alternatives and was told this was the way to do it. We ended up getting an electrician out the next day to install a temproary power source, by then the damage and mess was done.\r \r They we're not cooperative in working with my insurance adjuster at all. I ended up having a conversation with the owner of the company who extremely rude to me. We had waited patiently for many days for paperwork that the insurance company requested to process the claim. I was yelled at that I was ""one of many"" customer and they would get to it ,when they got to it!\r \r I feel I was way over-billed for their services and when I asked questions, was lied to or told this is what they knew they could get from the insurance company.\r \r They do have some qualified people including a field Supervisor, that did try to provide quality service after some of the issues. \r \r I would not use this company again but I hope if they read this review they would take into consideration, how they would like to be treated, if they we're the customer in this situation? more

We received great service and would use again! 3/30/2010

""I have a house in Boulder, Co whereas flooded sewage flooded my basement rental. The Property Doctors team came out and helped me with the sewage clean up through the asbestos abatement. They took care of the billing and worked directly with my adjuster. I had a very good experience and wouldn't hesitate to use again. I have offered to be used as a referral for this wonderful company."" Customer name: Delta B. Pros: everything Cons: nothing more
