As with all rentals, nothing is perfect......that's the incentive to buy......but I thought the reviews posted for Cindy and Stanely were pretty harsh. \r \r When applying for our current rental with them, they were very open about telling us others also applied for the place and they retrospectively kept the playing fields fair. Cindy always answers her phone. \r \r After moving in, we noticed there were quite a few repairs that needed to be made, or things that needed to be replaced due to wear and tear. So far, every single thing that I have asked for has been done, big or small, nit-picky or not. We had to wait a few weeks for non-emergency things, but that is to be expected with a rental property. \r \r There is a ever so slight language barrier with their repair man, but he is the nicest guy ever, works super hard, and does a thorough job.....always with a smile on his face. \r \r And as for their accents?? Give me a break. We are a melting pot community, people. Listen with your ears, not with your eyes. more

By far the worst land lords I've ever had. There is not one good thing I can say about the place. Slow response to everything if you get one at all, ignores your emails and phone calls. The place had roaches that they said they would have someone spray for which did not happen. They sprayed some raid and put out some bait traps to get rid of them long enough for me to sign the lease. Roaches were back in less then a week. When I asked them to spray again they said it was my responsiblity. I asked them for a copy of the exterminator invoice to show me they spray they could not come up with one. I had to get rid of them myself. Garage door and watering system never worked. They came out twice and couldn't fix either of them. They dug a hole in my yard and left it for over a week till I called to tell them to cover it up. They ignored my calls and email ever since.THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED AT ANY POINT AND YOU WOULD BE A FOOL TO RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not ever do business with these people! They are the worst landlord EVER! They are completely unreasonable. Refusing to fix things that any reasonable person would expect to be fixed! Conveniently not receiving rent checks to the extent that I am forced to send the checks via fed ex and get a signature for the delivery. Unable to speak English, unaware of US laws and refusing to follow US laws! Stanley Han thinks that yelling really loud incoherently is professional and reasonable. Additionally, they tried to avoid paying our realtor their commission after we signed a lease and moved in! The list goes on. These are the most dishonest, shady people I have ever met! Run! Run! Run! They are truly the most unprofessional and unreasonable people we ever met! I would never do business with them. Realtors BEWARE! You will have a difficult time getting them to pay you a commission! Don't even bother showing any of their listings! They will try to not pay you your commission. They'll ignore your phone calls!
