used him for about 4 years, with both of my children. never had much of a problem...until recently my son had a questionable injury to his foot after a fall off the couch. he wasn't even 2 years old at the time. we'd had x-rays done at the ER, that showed no fracture, but were instructed to see our pediatrician if he didn't walk within 2 to 3 days after...which he didn't. so we saw Dr. Faehnle for a follow up. he was extremely rude, treated my son & myself horribly, scared my son half to death by being far too rough w/ his injured foot...causing him to cry in pain. and in the end tried to tell us it was a hip infection...and had nothing to do w/ his injury. i do not recommend this doctor to anybody...and have recently heard from several people that he has a reputation for being this way. there are many great doctors in Abilene...I suggest finding someone other than him.
