Love this company! I got started by using one of their Living Social coupons, and liked them so much I tried out the (special pricing) for keeping them on. That was about 2 years ago, and the only changes I've made have been to ask them to come MORE frequently, now that I have a baby. I feel comfortable with them alone in my house, which is huge for me, and I love supporting a local business. The owner, Kyle, is wonderful and has an amazing ""we will do it right or fix it"" attitude -- which has continued all this time.\r

Also, they've done a great job keeping track of my preferences. If I call to say something wasn't handled just right last time, it gets added to a list and is *always* done right from then on. They've been tolerant of my goofs, and very professional. They don't always reply right away, because it's a small business, but I don't mind a bit. The good stuff far outweighs the occasional lack of instant gratification that can be provided by a bigger company.
