Love this company! I got started by using one of their Living Social coupons, and liked them so much I tried out the (special pricing) for keeping them on. That was about 2 years ago, and the only changes I've made have been to ask them to come MORE frequently, now that I have a baby. I feel comfortable with them alone in my house, which is huge for me, and I love supporting a local business. The owner, Kyle, is wonderful and has an amazing ""we will do it right or fix it"" attitude -- which has continued all this time.\r \r Also, they've done a great job keeping track of my preferences. If I call to say something wasn't handled just right last time, it gets added to a list and is *always* done right from then on. They've been tolerant of my goofs, and very professional. They don't always reply right away, because it's a small business, but I don't mind a bit. The good stuff far outweighs the occasional lack of instant gratification that can be provided by a bigger company. more

I purchased the full house cleaning deal through Living Social and called three weeks in advance to schedule my cleaning. I wanted it done on a specific day as I was hosting a party at my house. I booked the time, took the day off of work so I could be home, and rec'd a confirmation email the day before my scheduled appt. Well, two hours before they were supposed to arrive, I rec'd an email (yes EMAIL) that said, "We're cancelling your appt. We will contact you to reschedule". Who does that??? Can you at least CALL me? What if I couldn't access my email? I was FURIOUS. And they gave me some lame-A#$ excuse. I will never use them. I asked Living Social for my $ back. more

I bought a coupon on Tippr for ProLux Home because our former cleaning lady had moved away, so we needed to find something fast and reliable. Kyle was extremely easy to work with and I loved that I could do all the scheduling and communication via email. When the team came to our home, they did an amazing job. The detail and thoroughness couldn't have been better if I'd done it myself. I am still amazed at how great they were. They were really great about re-placing knick-knacks and things that they cleaned around so that I didn't have to reorganize my home when I returned. They did such a great job that we've signed on for monthly service. more

I purchased a certificate from Living Social and scheduled this company to clean a two bedroom condo, which was empty. The tenants had already cleaned a bit, so there wasn't much to do. I don't think the two cleaners did a thing! I have pictures of the dirty kitchen floor, and nothing on the list I had provided had gotten cleaned. I left a message with the company, but never heard from them. Poor cleaning and customer service! more

I just finished writing reviews for these guys on some other sites and just couldn't contain my gratitude for the great job they did at my house the other day, so here i am with one more rave... My house had been a little neglected (kind of like the cat...) for some time and i needed help. Nick and Nick from Prolux came to the rescue. Their attention to detail was fabulous and the bottom line is that my house was truly clean when they were done. Not just superficial, like most cleaning services do. It's that simple. If you need help with cleaning - this is the company you should hire! more
