I looked at Pro1's website and it looked very nice. I read some reviews and decided to try this company out. more

I happened to find this company due to good reviews via this website. Looking at their website and reviews, I thought I would be getting a high quality ""Show Car Wax"" and clay bar treatment for a total of $190. They picked up my car and the gentleman named Dale went over their services and assured me of their quality and told me they could have my car back to me by 5:30. I just bought a new car and wanted to ensure I protected the paint job and shine so I could keep it looking sharp for years to come. I had never used a detailing service before and researched some companies on CitySearch prior to going with Pro1. They schduled me in right away, picked my car up at work, consulted with me on what made the most sense for my car, and they were off and running with it. I ended up chosing the Pro Wax Detailing service along with the clay bar treatment based on their recommendation. They did an outstanding job with the car. I was blown away at the look and feel of both the interior and extrior of the car. My car was only 2 weeks off the assembly line so I did not figure it could look much better but it really did. Now my car is protected inside and out. I have already recomended their services to my boss and co-workers. Pro1 was very professional, on time, very thorough, and well worth the money. I had some painting done at our office and didn't anticipate the overspray. As a result, overspray was on every car. I called in the morning and they had people out that afternoon. Even with some rain, they worked around the weather and got the job completed. Cars look great now. Punctuality is not their strong suit but, when they finally made it, they did a nice job. more

The guy showed up 30 minutes late then HE got all upset because I was not thrilled with the service starting off. He left without doing my car. I was a bit annoyed yes - irrate no - seems this guy has issues. I have no idea how well they do detaiing but this was probably the worst experience I have ever had as a customer. more

I ended up using pro1 by mere chance as I was using Google to find the nearest car wash place that includes detailing. I was really impressed that they have no problem with picking up the car, and even provide other ways of getting it cleaned by brining a mobile cleaning unit to your house or letting you drop it off there. Either way, the price is no different and I think it was very good considering they had my vehicle for a few hours! The fact that they come over and pick your car up is something I find exceptional and didn't even know was in the market until now. Pros: Quality service, honest workmanship, fair price more

The detailing left a little to be desired, with carpets, windows, and seats needing some extra work and hard to reach areas overlooked. That said, the guy who cleaned my car had just started working there and finished up in the dark. When I talked to the owner, I believe his name is Dale, he returned my money no questions asked. more

I called on a Saturday morning to get the earliest available appointment to have the interior of my Ford Explorer cleaned and detailed. They were able to get me in that afternoon and did a fantastic job. The employees were extremely friendly and went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
