Technician was warm, personable & explained in detail. 4/30/2012

Technology has improved. Good smelling enzymes & chemicals! I raise persians & some of them began going on the carpet.Needed a deep cleaning & odor removal. I felt well taken care of! more

I called Pristine Carpet Clean for a couple of reason, their reviews, and affordable price's. When I read what other customers were writing, I knew that Pristine was the company for me. I'm extremely happy with the cleaning,just think, my neighbor almost talked me out of choosing this company! I'm glad I had them come out, and now my neighbor wants her carpets clean by Pristine as well. more

Carpet repair was A+! 3/28/2012

The movers were moving my furniture in my new house and made a tear on my carpets (berber).Called Pristine, set up an apointment for carpet repair, and now I can't even see where the tear was. Fantastic Job!!! more

Quick Service - Awesome Cleaning - Hassle Free! 3/26/2012

Jeff did a great job! and went beyond just showing up and cleaning,,,,he stopped by the property management companies office and picked up the keys....! Cleaned the carpets and stairs, looks great! When finished he locked the house up and returned the keys to the property management office 3 miles away! He did not once complain about this and said he was pleased to help out and do this for his clients! I would use this company again! more

Excellent service, very nice to work with, responsive, and most importantly amazing clean. My real estate person said she has seen alot of carpet cleaners but this was the best by far. He took his time, spot treated the areas that needed it for free! He offered me a Great Deal on deoderizing and was honest. Thanks again I will highly recommend. more

Carpet Cleaning, a rug and upholstery 3/21/2012

I have used Clean Carpets Houston/Pristine Carpet Cleaning for over 7 years now. Having 7 children, a cat and a dog it doesn't take long for everything to get dirty. I have had my carpets cleaned every year and upholstery a few times. The technician that did the work was excellet each time and the job done to complete satisfaction. One time I called back for a warranty issue and without hesitation the technician was back to remove a stained area. I highly recommend these guys! more
