Cancelled my appt that was on the schedule for 3 weeks the morning of and told me they couldn't reschedule for a month! That's not the right way to do business.

Terrible experience...I booked a Saturday appointment one month in advance for carpet cleaning. Not only did they not show up, but they never made any attempt to contact me beforehand to let me know they weren't coming, or after to apologize afterwards. This is after I made numerous attempts to contact them the day before as well as the day of service. Stay away!! more
