Dr Choi has been remarkable. Her patience and knowledge has eased any nervousness or apprehension I had. The care I received at Preferred Dental has made me feel as if I am truly cared for, not only as a patient but as a person. Great office! Friendly, well-trained staff. Quick service. All my dental needs were more than met. When I came in the receptionist greeted me with a smile and I was quickly routed to my chair where a wonderful doctor explained everything about the condition of my teeth. I then received a great teeth cleaning and my fillings were painless. I then decided to get my teeth whitened with Zoom! and it was really an amazing experience. more

Way too busy...I prefer a small private practice. Expensive and not friendly. I don't need a spa just a personalized dental experience. 800 dentist is a scam. more

I have been a patient of Preferred Dental Care for 4 years now. I have gotten the highest quality care for each of the treatments that I received. I wanted to let anyone who reads this review that they can?t go wrong with Dr Trivedi and her team of Doctors, Hygienists, Specialists and support staff. I have received an Implant, a Bridge and a Crown and all were done with a gentle professionalism that is hard to find today. I also recently brought in my sister for an Emergency visit and they made it possible for her to go on vacation, worry free, the following day. Well, if anyone hates taking the chair, it?s me! Actually, I?ve been through the mill with dentists. I remember my first appointment, WOW, the office staff was so friendly. I am on disability and I never thought I would have money to pay for all the intensive dental care. I sat with one of the financial consultants and she got me a ?Care Credit? advance with a fixed term. I literally cried. Then I met my new dentist, Dr. Choi. I loved her from the minute we shook hands. The top teeth were first ? and I believed she could and would give me the smile I always wanted. I suffer from anxiety and Dr. Choi and I told jokes. As each treatment took place ? everything was explained fully. I even called Dr. Choi on her vacation and she called me back. After all, they say you have to be pretty ? but it is all worth it to have a beautiful smile. I love Dr. Choi and Preferred Dental Care and I recommend it very highly. more
