The customer service and quality of work 2/18/2014

I had a great experience taking my car to get the 60,000 mile service. Although it was quite expensive, I appreciated how Noah took the time to explain what they would be doing and how much everything would cost. When compared to other places that would perform the similar service, it was around the same price. I really feel like the service technician went above and beyond to make my experience pleasant, and I like how they returned my car cleaner than it was originally, when I brought it in. more

last minute fix 2/14/2014

Great Service, quick, helpful, excellent all-around. Brake lights out because of switch failure, a recall I didn't know about. Fit us in and got us safely back on the road, even though it was late in the day. more

Went above and beyond 1/24/2014

Came in for a routine oil change, etc. but also a Bluetooth problem that started right after Christmas. My phone kept disconnecting from the vehicle. After checking it with various cell phones and ruling out the vehicle, Tyler took the time to work with my phone and found the problem was with the phonebook on my phone not uploading automatically. He changed a setting on my phone. Problem solved. more

Unable to fix any real problems 11/2/2013

4 years of a reoccurring problem and still unable or unwilling to fix it. I'm sure a service visit would be wonderful as long as you don't have any major problems. I've been pushed aside just long enough that my warranty has expired. Now they want me to pay money to NOT fix my car. What a scam!! more
