Spectacular Service 8/19/2010

My experience with Dr. Pousti and his staff has been nothing short of spectacular. The personalized care that I received from them was much appreciated and thorough. The staff is not only knowledgeable, but skilled as well. having never undergone any type of surgery made me quite apprehensive. They were aware of my concerns and went the extra mile to insure my comfort and ease. The day prior to my procedure, I received a call from Dr. Pousti asking if I had any further concerns or questions. By this time all of my concerns had already been addressed. My surgery went as to be expected. My healing time was what they'd previously stated and the outcome was beautiful. The entire process was a really positive experience. I'd visited other surgeons prior to choosing Dr. Pousti. I have no doubt that I made the best decision possible when I chose Dr Pousti and his staff. \r more

Absolutely wonderful experience! 5/19/2010

I had my first consultation with Dr. Pousti in his La Mesa office, the front office staff was warm & friendly. During my consultation I was able to sit down with Dr. Pousti & his medical assistants to look through albums of what I was wanting to achieve. I also was introduced to some of his patients and able to speak to them in private while seeing their beautiful results. After that visit I knew I wouldn’t find another doctor with more experience or talent. Dr. Pousti is an artist! Not only does he provide the best quality care, he is extremely kindhearted. After my surgery I received a phone call from the office, just to see how I was feeling. The Pousti team has always gone above & beyond. I am not one year out of surgery and still very happy with my decision to have surgery with Dr. Pousti. If you are looking for perfection, look no further! Pros: Amazing doctor & friendly staff! more

We are very lucky to have Dr. Pousti here in San Diego. He is very talented and skilled. And that is what we are looking for in a plastic surgeon! He is also very patient and genuinely cares about his patients. \r His staff is remarkable. Doctor Pousti is the most skilled, knowledgeable and talented doctor in his field. He has the best patient care bar-none. His office staff is just as attentive, organized, friendly and unbelievably kind. There is no other practice that will exceed in every area like Doctor Pousti's. You can entrust him to do beyond your expectations. Doctor Pousti's attention to detail from surgery to patient follow up are extremely amazing.
