Lost our reservation...on Valentine's Day. There is no excuse for losing a customer's reservation, especially on a holiday and especially on a holiday dedicated to a nice dinner out. This clearly spoiled our evening. Without amends, Portofino lost my reservation (of over two weeks!) for a special night out. It's understood that accidents happen, however a table tomorrow doesn't quite make up for it. \r

This is unacceptable practice for a professional business. Portofino should be embarrassed and ashamed.
