I am a white girl who used to have a long hair then cut short and regretted so badly. I`m new to hair extensions I've never worn them before. I went to that store to buy hair extensions in Feb. Stuff where one of the nicest people I have ever met! There were few gentlemen working there , all with genuine smile ,not fake like some places. Acknowledging me upon entrance they kindly offered their help if I need one. I told them that I`m new to ""fake hairs"" and dont know anything about them but want to have a 16+ inch hair. Young man was a great observer and good listener . By taking the info I gave him he disappeared not for so long and shows up with the same exact quality and the same exact color of my hair (my hair is black with red highlights). He found the exact the same things what I wanted! I was embarrassed to tell him that I dont know how to use it. Sensing my lack of knowledge he took his time and explaining all details he walked me through each step helping me to clip on each weft. That's the great customer service right there! The importance of the business is not only being able to count the numbers but what you do for making those numbers! I had the wonderful expression there! Those people delivered the greatness and I give the 5 stars and I will recoment them to everybody! I spent $75 on my extensions and enjoy every penny i spend on them! I wear them every day and clips are the best! I dont fry them with heat or use hair spray them. Since Feb I washed 3 times. I brush them gently and they dont even shed. \r Warm,kind ,smiling, caring, offering their help , being a good listener is thats what every customer needs wherever they go to spend money. i bought a straightener from here a couple days ago and when i finally tried to use it this morning it was busted...i called the store n the guy said i could bring it back..welll i was coming from syosset and the guy held the store open until i got there when i got there he took the straightener and brought me a new one and even made sure it worked for me they were really nice about it so ive gotta give them a good review more

Rudest bunch of people you could possibly do business with. The woman screamed at me from across the store and the man acted as though he couldn't care less if I bought their items or not. Pros: Variety of products Cons: Too rude customer service, this alone is enough to keep me away more

My experience here was nothing short of a nightmare! The owner was rude, nasty, and very disrespectful. She told me to hurry up and get out of her store! I tried to explain to her that I am a cancer patient and therefore, was looking for a decent wig, but she acted out just the same....I will never set foot in that place again! I hope no one else will contribute to this very unprofessional business. She needs Mental Therapy! Pros: Nasty and rude to customers! Cons: Nice variety of wigs. more
