My pool hadn`t been cleaned for...a few months. I realized that i just can`t handle my pool anymore with my schedule. I have 2 retrievers and regardless of the water condition they will jump in. It was important to have my pool clean and not filled with chemicals. when I found Pool-Aide Inc they completely cleaned up the pool within a few days time. I contacted Pool-Aide Inc after outstanding recommendations from my next door neighbour. Pool-Aide Inc is the second company I have used and I am extremely pleased with the results. They have been very professional and were diligent about staying on top of my pool that was in great need of work until it was crystal clear. They return calls promptly, leave a detailed work order each time, and send me periodic photos of the stage of my pool and its filter as they transitioned it (truly!) from green to completely clean. Back in the winter when the rolling blackouts were occurring, our filter system froze up. I didn't know what to do, so I called Pool-Aide just hoping that they could talk me through about what I should do. I didn't really understand, so they came out to our house about 15 minutes. They got the pump and filter squared away for the cold weather and said they'd be back when it warmed up a little to finish up. They did exactly that! I really thought I was going to have major problems, but I didn't. I really appreciate them coming out so quickly and coming back when they said they would! I will alway call them if I have any pool issues. more

Pool-Aide has always come through for me. I have a swim spa that was installed by a San Antonio company, so for general maintenance / repair issues I wanted to find someone local that I could trust. Boy did I luck out with Pool-Aide! Since I work out in my swim spa three times a week, every single week of the year regardless of the temperature it?s really important that everything be working perfectly. So in January when my heater went out, Bill came out ASAP and got me back up and running immediately without trying to sell me a new heater. I was so relieved. Bill also improved my system from the way the original contractors set it up and helped me to better understand how things work and how best to maintain it. I recently had another issue, and even though I said it wasn?t urgent, the next day Bill was at the house and got it all fixed without me even having to go out and meet him. I whole heartedly recommend them. more

A couple weeks ago my swimming pool pump was sucking air and it seemed it was a goner. My pool guy suggested that I contact Pool-Aide. I called at about 7AM and spoke with John, the owner and he said that they were busy that day but he could get someone out to look at it the next day. Bill came over the next morning and immediately spotted a tiny leak in a pipe that was letting air into the system. He recommended replacing the filter as he thought it was a problem with that which caused back pressure that cracked the part. He said that he thought he could come by later that day and fix it, if the parts were available, they were and he had everything working and completed before 6PM. The pump it turned out was fine. Great service, knowledgeable people and a dedication to doing things right are the reasons I gave them all the stars. Bill was terrific and the price was right as well. Strongly recommended. We called them out for not doing the weekly service that they claimed to do - and were charging us for - and instead of rectifying the situation appropriately, by apologizing and ensuring someone would get out to immediately service our pool, the owner, John, acted nonchallant and put out by my calling him and then said someone would be out to service it in the next day or two. Not satisfied with that response, and concerned we were being charged for services never rendered, I called him back to inform him we'd be canceling our service. Again, without concern or apology, he said ""okay, thanks"" and hung up. Do not use this company - it overcharges its customers and doesn't care about the service it (supposedly) provides to them. more
