Poodle Parfait Pet Grooming

I've been taking my Sandy here for years. The staff are nice and they do a good job with all of the services requested. While they do take a bit of time sometimes, as the last comment complained about, having the expectation that you are dropping off in the morning and picking up sometime around close goes a long way for having a much better experience, especially considering the price and level of service. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good service at a reasonable price! more

I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy. I took my yorkie in at 9 a.m. to be groomed I called at 2:30 p.m. to see if he was ready all to be told that he had NOT even been bathe yet. I was told that he had 5 dogs in front of him (even tho I was the 1st one there). So I told them I would just come pick him up and was told I would still have to pay...when I got there to get him this little black sweet bald head sugar in the pants having groomer told me that he had put him ahead of others and I said well I was the 1st one here this morning and then the owner told me that she had 5 that had stayed overnight and I said I wish you would have told me that...Well sweet in the butt black bald guy had the nerve to get smart and say she didn't have to tell u anything OH MY what did he say that for.....I went off and needless to say my puppy will NEVER NEVER go there again they are rude not to mention my dog smelled like he had been smoking (LOL) when I got him, half cut. I should have read the reviews before I took my baby there in the 1st place. I will also be calling the BBB. Damn hate you have to rate them too bad that u can't give them any stars. FYI if you want your business to last then u may want to get rid of the rude bald black guy and that other loud mouth that wouldn't come from behind the wall so that I could cut him a new a hole also more

So i drop my baby off at 9:04 in the am on a lovely saturday morning, no phone call by 2 pm so I decided to call them to see what was going on the receptionist stated and i quote "" He is not ready, we are normally busy on saturdays, could you please be patient"" from 9am to 2 pm is patient but after 5 pm that is just inconsiderate on their behalf I called to check on my baby at 2pm and did not get a call back like we are running a little later than normal nothing at all I hate to believe that they just left my baby sitting for hours while they took care of their regular customers. would i go to them again No would i recommend others to do so Yes if you dont mind leaving your baby for long hours not knowing if he ate or had water or anything I must have a groomer that can handle the work load he/she takes in more

I tried Poodle Parfait for the first time and will be a returning customer my dog got a great cut smelled good and all for a very reasonable price and I have to disagree with the person that said that your dog stays there all day not true for me and I'm not a regular ! I guess you just can't please everyone ! Also my dog has alot of white on him and his white was soft and glowing and the stains on his beard were hardly noticeable ! He's a shih tzu with a lot of hair so he's not so easy to groom in my opinion ! more

Poodle Parfait is the Best I have found to groom my pets they have over 30 yrs exp. and treat all customers very special and the pets with lots of TLC. I have never experienced it ever being dirty at all. I have been a customer for over 10 yrs now. I would not go anywhere else. more

Groomers do a good job, but unless you're a regular, they will take your pet first thing in the morning, and leave it sitting around until all their favorite customers' dogs get finished. Then, after 6pm, you might get to take home a damp pet. Too busy, disorganized and chaotic. Pros: Price, Result Cons: Disorganized, Location, Not Clean more
