Unfortunately, our association ended up using this pathetic excuse for a management company. The company does not return calls, and brags about their aggressive management style, which translates to railroading homeowners into using PMG's contractors, gee I wonder why? They often do this by having private meetings with the board, or ""conveniently"" having meetings at inconvenient times for residents to discuss their gripes or disapproval of something PMG or the board wants to do. \r

Eric Estebanez is the owner of the company and if you're looking for a property manager who is rude, abrasive, and condescending, he would be your man. This may be the worst management company in South Florida--and that is definitely a low bar! In short, I would avoid using this company at all cost and try to find a professional company that actually cares about homeowners and saving the community money!
