My experience at this doctor's office was a fairly good one. It didn't take long to get an appointment but I did have to wait at least one week. The receptionist wasn't extremel...

Beware of Plum Creeks Billing Methods 3/21/2011

We had been using Plum Creek Medical for a few years now as our primary doctor. We thought is was nice having them right down the street from us. However, recently we have been billed for their urgent care services without even being told about it. more

Best Famiy Practice in Colorado! 2/5/2009

Plum Creek Medical is wonderful!!! Their new Pediatrician Dr. Simon is the best doctor we have ever seen - He is so helpful and gives you plenty of information on keeping your children in the best of health. I would recommend him and all the other doctors at Plum Creek Medical to everyone! more

Go somewhere else 7/15/2008

Terrible. I waited for 60 minutes for the doctor to see me about a sore throat. Instead of helping me with my issue, he talked about a book I should read on natural remedies. I will never go back. I definitely would NOT recommend PCM. Pros: good magazines in the wait room Cons: unfriendly staff, slow, expensive, too cold more

Not the right place for me 7/1/2008

I chose this place because it's close to home, but I'm considering driving somewhere else to seek future care. The office staff is not the friendliest people in the world. They make you feel like you are wasting their time by going there. I have been there many times, and I have never been seen on time. I also wait at least 45 minutes. Twice I had to wait over 1 1/2 hours , with a 2-year-old with me, just to see a P.A! Cons: unfriendly and long wait more

Don't waste your time 4/28/2008

Are you kidding me? I can't believe that I am WASTING my time doing this. I only hope others see this. It seems that every time I went in to see the doctor it took for ever to be seen and then, when I had a concern to discuss, the doctor had no time to deal with it. I felt like I was just there so they could take my money. Cons: Long Waiting time, Not sure of Competence in some doctors more

they treat patients poorly 12/13/2007

I am a generally healthy person and have been to this office about 4 times. I do not recommend this office. They are unorganized, impersonal, and don't keep appointments. I had a prolonged condition for which I needed to see a physician. The doctor was more than 45 minutes late on a couple occasions for the appointments and never offered an apology or explanation. more

Disorganized and disgraceful, horrible all-around service 12/12/2007

I had been a patient with Plum Creek Medical for over 20 years. I went in six months ago to obtain copies of medical records. I had to have them in order to continue with classes at my college. All of my medical history prior to 2001 were lost! They had the audacity to suggest that I perhaps had never been a patient there before then. I was livid. I spoke to my mother and they had lost hers twice during her patient history. Thank goodness they found them her old records, but it was always years later. I later spoke with a woman in billing there. As I went to pay my bill, I mentioned my lost records. She said they were probably deliberately destroyed when I turned 18, as it was their policy. Who destroys medical records when a person turns 18? I'm still considering reporting them to the AMA for that. Pros: Local for Castle Rock residents Cons: Poor care, disorganized and impersonal more

Beware! 12/10/2007

I will never return to Plum Creek Medical. The staff is anything but urgent in returning calls, especially with test results. As a result, I had a long and extended sickness, with horrible side effects, that could have been avoided, if the proper care would have been taken on my first visit. After talking to the patient care rep, who is a relative of the doctor, my large bill was only reduced 14 dollars. I can't wait for the new urgent care to open in Castle Rock. Please beware. I've had a horrible expeirence, and will warn anyone I know not to go there. I'm not a whiner, and this is my first post, because I felt so strongly. more

Best Medical Clinic in Colorado 6/7/2007

Plum Creek Medical has an amazing staff and Dr. Jack England treats my whole family. I would recommend them to any incoming family to the Denver, Castle Rock and any other surrounding area. We commute from Centennial and I wouldn't have it any other way. Plum Creek Medical is by far the best medical facility in Co. more

Love Plum Creek Medical 5/21/2007

If you are looking for a doctor with the most knowledge and a huge heart I have to recommend Dr. England. I just had to find somewhere to let people know how much it means to have a Doctor go above and beyond when the patient is in need. Dr. England not only took my urgent phone call in the middle of the night but then came in on Sunday when they were closed to treat me. He saved me countless dollars by not having to go to the ER and gave me peace of mind at night. I couldn't believe someone would do all he did for me. Just thought people would be interested to know what kind of man and doctor he is. Pros: Emergency Room and Family Practice Doctor, knowledgeable, great with kids, great staff more

Best Doctor in town! 10/12/2006

Plum Creek Medical is a wonderful family practice but it isn't the building that keeps me going back it is my doctor. Doctor England not only helped me laugh my way through an injury, but caught the problem that several others had missed. I look forward to my appointments! Pros: close to home and an urgent care more

Competent and Caring 4/16/2006

Dr. McCray is very competent and caring. I felt like she sincerely cared about my medical condition and provided the approriate care and diagnosis. Pros: Competent, Caring more
