Although I still haven't purchased my bike yet, they're the only shop I've seen that actually asks enough questions to ensure they're recommending me the right product. I can't give this shop 5 stars yet, until after the purchase is done. I've been to many shops in the Houston area (at least 7 in the last few years), and only one was a distant second. more

Big selection and great customer service. 7/9/2014

Terrible Customer Service 4/29/2011

The shop owner is extremely rude. I really enjoyed supporting them, but I will never shop or get repairs there again. I had been shopping at Planetary Cycles since 2004, it is a shame the owner repels his own business. more

The bikes are out of this world 8/9/2005

Ok, the bikes really aren't out of this world. But you will find a great selection of Treks, Giant's, Canondale's, and more. The shop employee I worked with was very nice and discussed the features of each bike with me. He offered to let me try out a couple models. There is a bike path right behind the store where you can ride around a little to get the feel of the bike. Overall I was very happy with the service and selection at Planetary. more
