Friendly staff, helpful service department, polite sales staff. Did not feel pressured during the sale. Clean facility with easy access from the highway. Very satisfied with the Murano we purchased there. The prices were competitive with other dealers in the area. Would recommend to others for consideration if you are in the market for a new car.\r more

I don't have time to sit around all day for oil changes like other dealerships make you do and I certainly wasn't going to bring a book to read, but if I did, I wouldn't of been able to read past the first chapter. WOW! What a quick oil change! I pulled up in the drive and once I was led inside, a gentleman Paul was very brief and comforting as he told me it wouldn't be long and we made small talk. I went and grabbed a free donut (don't tell on me) and sat down and watched a little TV. A few people said hello to me and EVERYONE seemed excited when someone bought a car. what a nice touch with the bell and applause everyone gets once they buy. makes me want to trade in my 2012 Altima in for something newer ha but before I knew it my car was finished being run through the complimentary wash and I was on my way! I do love this place its like going to a place your friend owns or something great vibes!\r more

I liked the way our sales person had introduced him self (Jesse Magic Martinez) to us with his knowledge of the over all inventory that was out in the field and had showed us what inventory that was available to us , dislikes don't know how anybody would dislike a Nissan Vehicle with our Quest its a vehicle that's worth buying we appreciate it Thank You\r more

The person who handled the finance paperwork was respectful of my time since I had been there a bit and moved quickly to get things done. This is the second Nissan I have purchased at the same dealership and have been very pleased with my experience.\r more

I shopped planet Nissan after talking with dan to see what other dealerships offered. After getting a taste of other ""used car"" salespeople at these high pressure dealerships...I wanted to come back and work with dan. I had a very hard time deciding and Dan was very patient and helpful. I can say that I stayed with Planet Nissan because of Dan. J.d. And Ash were just wonderful!\r more
