I ordered a pizza for delivery on a Tuesday night, expecting nothing more than a 30 - 40 minute wait for my food, which is exactly what the woman on the phone said to me after I placed my order. 130 mintues later, I had a cold pizza and an overworked deliveryboy at my door. When I inquired about the wait, he said he was the only one delivering that night, and that the woman on the phone knew that. Why she wouldn't tell me my actual wait time is beyond my comprehension.\r

In those 130 mintues, I called asking about my pizza's status twice, and the second time, the woman was very short with me. I didn't like the entire process, and wouldn't recommend this Pizza Hut for anyone.
