They do not provide any online line acces to property owner accounts. If you want to view your accounts you will get what appears to be a old DOS printout. Their technology seems ...

Pioneer has managed my commercial properties for over 10 years. During that time, Paul Meisler and his team have always provided first class service. I especially appreciate his professional approach in dealing with the inevitable issues that come into play when dealing with tenants. Great customer service 2/3/2010

Hospitality a plus: I moved here from Houston TX and I was and still em in search of an apartment. The first apartment I checked was called Shady Oaks. The women who showed me around the apartment was very nice and kind. She was never rude. I visited another apartment which was not bad at all but the women in the leasing office was forever on the phone, after feeling ignored by her, I left and made my way back to the first apartments to sigh my contract. more

Pioneer Property management have been managing our property, a single family home in Austin, Texas for almost two years since we left the United States to serve overseas in Poland. Ms. O'Brien's services have been essentially been free to us, since she used her knowledge of the market to charge a rent that more than compensates for her property management fee.? more

Our house is 80 years old and older homes require viligence and maintenance. Ms. O'Brien has ensured our house is kept in good shape; minor problems are repaired before they become serious. But most importantly, we believe that our home will be in as good of shape when we move back into it as it was when we left more
