Called about a vehicle - set up an appointment got an email confirming the appointment and price When I arrived - the price was $4000,00 over what I was quoted for selling price...

Extremely delighted! 1/21/2014

When we went to Pinnacle Nissan it was a no hassle kind of sale. There was no pressure, and they were really easy to work with. Everyone was on their game and knew exactly how to sell a car. We ended up purchasing a vehicle, and we were very satisfied. I would recommend Pinnacle to anyone, friends and family. They provide great service, and they are great people! more

Doug Bursell made the entire process easy. Love the guy. He explained everything that was needed and why, got me out the door in a quick rental so I could still accomplish a day's worth of work and then had it ready for me minutes after I turned the rental car in. Great service all around. more

He is calm and patient and has a smile on his face. He provided an excellent presentation of Nissan cars as well as a pleasant atmosphere all along the purchasing process. It was evident that he is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. more

I enjoyed everyone that helped me with the process. I was especially thankful for the customer service in the finance department by Ray Garcia. I feel we really made a connection when we were addressing the issue of safety for young female drivers. Friend and family always questions why 4/27/2012

Friend and family always questions why I take my car to a dealer to get service done, when I can probably find a neighborhood mechanic shop for less money, but I always tell them that the SERVICE makes the difference and that is why I go to Pinnacle Nissan. more

Super Unprofessional 11/23/2011

Super unprofessional. Never been treated like this at any other dealership. They don't return phone calls and are super rude all the way up to management. For all you local buyers do yourself a favor and take the drive to a different nissan dealer! I never comment usually, but this place was so bad I went out of my way to make an account to protect others. I wish you all the best on finding your car at a different dealer. Hope this helps more

Friendly, Professional and Sincere 5/4/2011

Phil Heiner was friendly, professional and sincere. I felt relaxed with him & he didn't pressure me into making a quick decision. I needed to take a break and check on my husband and he understood my needs. He was great at following up with keys and got me the Target card that was promised. He went above and beyond the call of duty, and I will recommend him and your dealership to all of my friends. more
