Wrong diagnosis, wrong recommendation, completely missed requested cooling system check out. Second opinion saves the day.

Emailing Me to Death 3/15/2015

You send notifications of the impending appointment hourly (it seems). Now that the appointment is over you're sending me hourly demands that I tell you how great your service was. Tone down the emails. One reminder is sufficient. Send one request for a review. After that, leave us alone. more

Customer Service top notch 3/15/2015

I went into the parts department to ask about an item I needed replaced and ended up not only having that item worked on but also had all the brake work I needed as well. I was able to be taken home and picked up when my car was done. And had a car wash! and vacuum!! more
