Wrong diagnosis, wrong recommendation, completely missed requested cooling system check out. Second opinion saves the day.

Paul Salazar is badass, period. He made sure I received the best price and maximum rebates on my tire purchase. Paul is congenial, professional and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure his customers are taken care of. If he doesn't get frequent and large bonuses, management is fucked up; it's that simple. more

Service on F-150 9/23/2013

This is nearly the same review that I gave last time I had my vehicle serviced at Pierre Ford. The service person was fantastic, very pleasant and very helpful. I forgot her name, but her office was the last one in line. The only complaint is that the interior of my truck isn't cleaned. When I had my first service done on my Ford and Wendle in Spokane, they also did a great job, but they went the extra mile and they cleaned the interior of my vehicle. The same happens when we have our non-Ford car serviced at its dealership. more

Aerostar repair 9/22/2013

We have used Bill Pierre Ford to repair our 1989 Aerostar van for a number of years. Paul Salazar is the service advisor. The service has been reliable, thorough, reasonable and timely. I wouldn't think of having it repaired anywhere else. more
