Excellent First Experience 6/28/2011

I visited Piazza and my intention was only to test drive a Sonata. My salesperson, Brandon Daub, as excellent. This is the first car I purchased on my own and the experience was superb. Brandon was very knowledgeable about the car, had patience with my questions and worked with me to purchase the car. I really appreciate the time he spent with me and the overall experience I had in purchasing my car. I'm very pleased with my experience from start to finish! more

Mike Wilkinson was extremely friendly, and made me feel comfortable during my experience, nd got me the best deal there was. He is very professional and does his job extremely well. Great Atmosphere 4/20/2011

My latest service at Piazza Hyundai was performed just under the 5 yr/60K warranty, which I was glad I did not wait. I knew when I went in for this service, it would take some time, but due to wireless internet, I was able to work from this dealership! This is a great plus. The staff at Piazza was very friendly. At the time I brought my car in, I was not sure if it would be covered under warranty due to the check engine light had to be diagnosed. I know that the service advisor would have informed me if there were going to be extravagant charges, but in this case it was covered. more

Their Customers Don't Matter After the Sales is Final. 4/5/2011

Our salesperson, Stephanie, was wonderful...we purchased 2 cars from Piazza Hyundai because of her. Unfortunately, they will be our last. We bought a new car last year - with the great Hyundai warranty, we thought. The Service Manager at Piazza Hyundai has made sure the warranty will NOT cover our transmission. As angry and frustrated as my husband got when trying to reason with the Service Manager, the Service Manager was worse. more

Easiest Car Buying Experience 3/16/2011

This was the best/easiest buying experience I have ever had. I?ve bought 10-15 cars in my life and this was the easiest decision. My salesperson, Tom Romano, is a great guy and I have already recommended him to a friend. Everyone I have dealt with at Piazza Hyundai has been great. Great Sales Staff! 9/20/2010

Stephanie was the salesperson who took care of us and was very detailed and knowledgeable on the Tuscon in and out, up and down, left to right. She let both my husband and I test drive the car, which handled beautifully. I was very adamant on purchasing a SUV because they ""looked so big"" but after getting in and test driving, I knew in my heart this was my next vehicle. Before we came to Pottstown, we went to a local Hyundai dealer, closer to my home. The saleswoman wanted us to buy the car right there, she didn't even tell us 1 feature of the car...except the color. I am glad we made the trip to Piazza Hyundai of Pottstown and found my car and love it. Great job to the entire team!! Thank you so much! more
