excellent sales experience 3/26/2012

Our sales experience and it far exceeded our expectations. Matthew was very informed about the Hyundai products. He was patient and answered all of our questions. He worked very hard to consummate the perfect purchase price. When we returned to pick up our Santa Fe he was again very courteous and helpful. He took the time to show us every control and detail in the car. I would certainly recommend Matthew and Piazza Hyundai of Pottstown to any of my friends. more

Our salesman Joe Finio did an excellent job. He followed up with us and was very courteous. Lisa in F & I explained all the warranty information in great detail and it was easy to understand what the different coverages. Overall it was a positive experience and I would recommend Piazza Hyundai to friends. more

Great Service Department 2/23/2012

I bought my car here and now I take it to get serviced at this dealership. The two gentlemen in the service department are very friendly. They always have me in and out quickly. The complimentary car wash is a great perk that I am loving!! This recent visit took a little longer and when one of the men noticed I was still there, he was quick to follow up and let me know my car would be done soon. The other gentlemen there found a coupon for me to use when I checked out! Great service! more

Best Sales Experience in a long time! 1/11/2012

Mark and his manager met the price I was looking for and the deal was done. He spent time to go over the features on the new car, set up my bluetooth and made an excellent sales pitch for additional ad ons, which I never take but signed up for the simonize. It was probably the best sales experience I have had in a long time. more
