The service advisors get me finished quickly. They have been good to me at Piazza Honda of Philly. You are in and out pretty quickly. You always get a thank you from the service manager, Mike. He always wants to know if you are happy or have any concerns. more

Great Service Last Minute 9/21/2011

Thank you to the service department for excellent service. My family and I were heading toward Philadelphia for a weekend trip from out of state on Labor Day weekend, when our Odyssey began shaking violently. We were able to make it to your service center in the late morning. Kiran and the two gentleman running the shuttle service were excellent. The Odyssey was diagnosed and repaired before the facility closed, thereby not stranding my family (including three children under five) in PA for multiple days. The shuttle drivers helped to load and unload the shuttle with multiple car seats and were friendly and thoughtful with the children. While this may seem like just good customer service, we appreciate it - Thanks again! more

Best Shop Around 5/23/2011

Piazza Honda of Philadelphia's repair shop is excellent. I have gone there for several years. The repairs and people are great. Mark and the staff welcome you immediately and keep you appraised of the work being done. I cannot say enough positive things about Piazza Honda of Philadelphia. It is the most honest and complete shop, I have ever dealt with. more

Terrific Service 2/21/2011

Last week, I had my car serviced at your dealership and I wanted to inform you that I was extraordinarily pleased with the service that I received. I found the service personnel to be friendly and welcoming. This started with the gentleman who greeted me when I drove my Honda CR-V up to the service bay. I was greeted warmly by Mike Quinn and Greg Trower. I do not live near any particular Honda dealership. I have tried many other Honda dealerships; and I can say that your dealership made me feel like you wanted to service my car. It's the little things that you do - soft pretzels, USA today, rental car arrangement, complimentary car wash, the phone calls to update me about the status of the work and when it is completed and many more. I find that this type of customer care is rare these days - a lot of people talk about delivering it, but Mike Quinn's group actually delivers it. more

Best Philly Honda Dealership 1/23/2011

I'm trying to sum up my experience at Piazza Honda and the only word that comes to mind is "stunned." I truly do not believe that you could have done more for us. My wife and I work hard for our money and I rarely feel like someone worked just as hard for it. Piazza Honda really took care of us and we appreciate it. The staff has always been great to deal with but our experience with our salesman, Brian, was top notch. To my amazement you guys didn't stop there. The service staff wowed me with not only timely repairs, but quick in and out, friendly service - that is rare from what I am used to. I don't think it is crazy to say that I believe I will only be driving Honda's from now on. more

Super friendly, very trustworthy 1/5/2011

Although they are a little out of the way for me, anytime I need work done on my civic (including inspections) I go to Piazza Honda. I went to Ardmore Honda a couple of times, but will never go back- they don't compare in the least. Everyone I've dealt with in the service area at Piazza has been incredibly friendly and helpful, and they will continue to receive all of my business. Its a rare sense of welcoming that few stores, in ANY business, can match these days. more

Can't Thank you Enough! 9/14/2010

I can't thank you enough for the referral and the service I was given down at the dealership. Ross was great and Matt in the used car side was even better. They got us a great van and we wrapped up the deal today. Honda gave us a great rate in the financing that could not be beat. It is hard to believe that this is now my second car, but it is one sweet ride that I will be cruising around town in. Thanks a million. Ron more
