I've tried and tried on my own and couldn't quite figure out why I wasn't losing. PWLC showed me how to eat right to lose weight and still feel energetic, not like I'm dieting. I'm now 80 lbs. lighter and looking forward to each new day with more energy! Also, found out that my cholesterol dropped 45 points! Thank you, PWLC, for all your help! more
