I was just coming on here to really praise Cheri and Denise from this company. My insurance company was denying my claims for a surgery I had and without their help, I don't think the insurance would have ever budged! Thank you so much. And to the post below, I am shocked to read it and hardly believe it's accuracy. more

This company is run like a sweat shop. The managment is the worst I have ever experience. The quality of work is awful. They tell patients who call & wonder why their payment is not applied to their account that it takes4-6 weeks to be applied, their is no excuse for that poor of turn around on posting payments. The STACKS of incoming work that needs to be entered into the computer sits 2 feet high on a table. There is NO normal office socializing allowed. They are more worried about sending "I.M.'s" about "water bottles may leave a ring on your desk, so they are not allowed" than the quanity of work sitting & waiting to be completed. If any Dr office wants to allow this compay to do their work..take a tour & really look around at the office first Pros: None Cons: Everything more
