If there was an option to select 0 stars, I would have chosen it. I visited this dry cleaners for the first time last week and dropped of four items, including a new Tory Burch blouse that I paid $250 for on sale last month. The attendant explained that the blouse was a ""special care"" item, with which I agreed, and assured me that the item would be well cared for. I was appalled when I picked up the blouse and noticed that THREE of the Tory Burch logo buttons were missing. The buttons are the distinguishing part of the blouse and the reason I purchased it. I asked to speak to the manager, who immediately pushed blame elsewhere (i.e. ""the buttons were not sewn on properly"") and said she would try to find the buttons. No offer to reimburse me a portion of the purchase price. No offer to refund the money I paid to dry clean my items. If this is the treatment one receives as a first time customer, I can hardly imagine the kind of treatment one might expect as a regular customer. Avoid this place at all costs. more

I spent several hundred dollars having items cleaned when we moved. The staff was friendly. The manager pointed out a torn pocket on one of my sweaters and offered to sew it for $5.00. I agreed, paid the $5.00 but when I went to wear the sweater, I noticed the pocket was still torn. more

I've used this dry cleaners several times, and I like them. The staff has always been extremely friendly. I also like the fact they have my personal details as well as all the items I bring in (type of clothing and fabric) computerized. My first & last name is attached to the tags on my clothes (which I think is fantastic). more

my intentions are not to be rude or disrespectful to anyone but this is regarding the previous comments.... when an item is drycleaned its put in a special into the machine it comes out hand sprayed w sizing to eliminate wrinkles this takes about3 minutes each item.some people take items with excessive lint,dog hair cat hair and dont realize it( that takes about 10min to 2hours to eliminate).most people dont realize their items are stained we call customer to point out and get authorization before we clean.we still have items there from 5years most people take it somwhere else and want to blame us.happens all the time.on dry cleaning there is an enviormental fee by the city or something.so people please make sure you are not just blaming us for your dirtyness and forgetfullness.PHOENIX CLEANERS are very friendly and give customers quality and perfection.you will love going there and their service CHECK OUT THE BEST CLEANERS IN FRIENDSWOOD Pros: quality Cons: unaware of any more

Overcharged me (their receipt said one amount, my Amex receipt said another). When I asked for a refund I was told ""Oh they got the number of items wrong and had to add one manually rather than through the computer. You should check the receipt before you leave"". This is the worst dry cleaners I have ever been to. They will no longer receive any of my business. After staining an item I left with them, they refused to fix it without charge if I left with it and brought it back! They are extremely rude and uncooperative - if you use this cleaner, keep your fingers crossed that nothing goes wrong because you will undoubtedly be left frustrated and angry. They have also failed to give me back items in the past. It was an extremely difficult process to get them to find my clothes! What a horrible business!
