Work completed on-time, priced according to estimate with excellent quality 11/15/2016

We needed the carpet lifted and then put back in place due to a plumbing repair. The work was completed on time and within the price estimate. The carpet is as good or better than it was before the work was done. I had thought that I could complete this work myself but I am sure glad that I didn't attempt it. Not happy with the final finished job due bad choice of matching piece of carpet 11/15/2016

The actual tepair was well done The replacement piece of carpet was a disaster A dark grey was used against a light beige I had to buy a piece of carpet from lowes and rectify the problem. Not happy RESPONSE FROM Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning: We explain to ever carpet repair customer that if we have to take carpet from a closet the piece that will go back in the closet is a "non-matching remnant". It is also stated in the emailed Work Order that you are provided with the day you make your appointment. more

Excellent workmanship 11/15/2016

I had to have my bedroom wall treated for termites and in doing so, they had to pull up the carpet. The termites had even eaten the tack strips and had to be replaced. Robert replaced the tack strips and put the carpeting back down. It looks like new! Thank you Robert. We were so impressed with the work that was done on stretching our carpet. The owner did the work and explained all he was going to do. We love the fact that the company has movers who moved all our furniture and placed it all back when done. The room looked like nothing had been moved. The carpet looked great also. I would recommend Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning to everyone. Robert (owner) and his technicians are extremely knowledgeable and skilled within the Carpet world. They did a fantastic job re-stretching our carpet because of a previous bad new carpet installation that caused ripples in the carpet. They are professional in every way and easy to work with. Prompt excellent service 10/29/2016

I first found this company through Yelp when my carpets needed to be stretched after a cleaning that went bad by another company. I called them this year to do the cleaning. Technician came promptly, did an excellent job, showed me that the carpet did stretch as before but assured me it would settle back in a day which it did or he would come back. Got a discount as a repeat customer and a bottle of spot cleaner. Very pleased with this company. more

Excellent service and workmanship 10/21/2016

Our technician, Danny, was very professional, accomodating, efficient and did an excellent job. We had our carpet stretched in 1 room, 5 rooms cleaned and they look like new. 2 couches were cleaned and all tile was cleaned and grout sealed. It was an all day job and he worked hard to make sure we were happy, satisfied customers. I will definitely call them again.
