PROOF that Philadelphia cops are diabolical FELONS: Philadelphia cop thug Jonathan Josey was CAUGHT ON VIDEO feloniously assaulting innocent parade-goer Aida Guzman, a petite female (Google their names for the video.) After the video went viral, Josey was fired. He was also arrested, but merely for simple assault - a significant undercharging because he was clearly guilty of aggravated assault under Pennsylvania case law. The city government arranged for a corrupt, pro-criminal-cop judge, Patrick Dugan, to hear Josey's case, knowing that an acquittal would probably result in a lower payout in Guzman's civil case against Josey. Dugan's wife, Nancy, is also a Philadelphia cop - a blatant conflict of interest. In February, 2013, Dugan acquitted Josey of all charges - as expected. Josey will be rehired - with back pay - by default of the police labor agreement. In other words, cop thug Jonathan Josey's ""punishment"" for feloniously assaulting an innocent female will ultimately be a PAID, yearlong vacation! Jonathan Josey is the recipient of dozens of criminally covered-up, formal and informal citizen complaints. For instance, in September, 2011, Josey robbed and viciously assaulted James Lewis and his two teenage sons. Josey then falsely arrested them to cover up his crimes. He also vandalized Lewis' car, causing over $30,000 worth of damage. In early April, 2013, all charges against the Lewis family were dropped because they hired world famous attorney Dennis Cogan a few days prior, rather than continuing to represent themselves. James Lewis and his sons are now pursuing civil litigation against Josey and the Philadelphia Police Department. In 2011 alone, the city government paid over $15 million to settle similar lawsuits against its crooked cops, all of whom still have their jobs and none of whom were legitimately disciplined in any way. Note that Josey even got away with murdering at least one person in cold blood. To watch Philadelphia police brutality videos similar to Josey's, Google ""Agnes Lawless"", ""Askia Sabur"", or ""2008 Philadelphia police beating"". Note that, prior to Josey's assault of Guzman, EVERY Philadelphia police officer who was captured on video assaulting somebody was allowed to keep his job.\r more

Philadelphia police officers are robbing, extorting, framing, assaulting, murdering felons masquerading as legitimate law enforcement officers. That is according to many of the over 400 Philadelphia cops convicted of crimes just in the prior 30 years, such as Officers John Baird, Robert Snyder, Charles Jacoby, Keith Gidelson, Steven Brown, Joseph Smith, and Joseph McIntyre. Although pigs usually only squeal after they are caught, some non-convicted cops, such as Officer Ron Previte, have made similar claims. Police-crime victim Dr. Anthony Abrams would no doubt likewise profess the same, except that Philadelphia policemen murdered him on January 16, 2013. That was the day after three inflammatory videos were uploaded about his aggravated assault by cop thug Officer Eric Burke. In 2010, Burke inflicted permanent, debilitating injuries to Abrams, including broken bones, chronic pain, damaged eyesight, and facial disfigurement. In 2011, Abrams received $285,000 to settle his lawsuit for Burke's attack. The uploaded videos apparently enraged Philadelphia cops to the point that they murdered Abrams in retaliation. Naturally, this cold-blooded killing will be covered up by other cop thugs. Burke and his cop brother, James, are recipients of myriad citizen complaints for robbery, perjury, false arrest and aggravated assault, all of which were criminally covered up by Philadelphia's corrupt joke of a police department. more
