I've lived there for about 3 years and all they do is send a letter complaining about everything they can think of. If you do anything to not there liking such as leaving your garbage can out, not cutting your grass even if its less than 3 inches or so, if you leave anything out side, or the mail box is slightly tilted, or some dirt got on the side of your place. The lady Carol who works in the office is like Hitler, she's rude even if its a simple question. And there rules are inconsistent. Just because you mailbox is like your neighbors, one person may get a letter. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It may look nice but sure deceitful. Good luck on your search!
