Great for mommys & little Princesses! 3/16/2010

I love Pharaohs Hairum, Everyone is always so nice! They do a great job of understanding what I need in a hair cut. When I took my daughter Tara (age 3) they were so kind & called her a princess. Her hair cutting experience was made into a great event when she had her hair styled in beautiful curls! She was so happy! Next time I'll make it a Mommy/Daughter date & get our nails done too! more

I love Pharaohs! 3/16/2010

I've been a customer since the early 1990's. I have had services from many of the staff and find everyone friendly,helpful and willing to offer assistance. It's great to be able to make an appointment for so many different services. I have enjoyed facials, pedicures, manicures, a massage and great haircuts/styles. My main "go to" girl is Natalie and she is wonderful. I trust her judgement and recommendations whether it be a new hairstyle or a nail color for a manicure. I've brought friends and family to this shop. I love the location of this shop and parking is not an issue. more

A+ for Pharaoh's! 3/10/2010

I love Pharaoh's! Robin has been doing my hair at the Henrietta salon since 1992 and Suong has been giving me mani/pedis in Fairport for several years. They are the best! Everyone at Pharaoh's makes you feel special each time you're there. After we got married, my husband started going to Pharaoh's too and it's been 12 years now. I love how they keep up-to-date on products and styles, and I'm impressed with how they train their staff. If you're not happy, they're not happy. They definitely care about their clients. Thanks Pharaoh's for making all of us look so good! more

Great place, great people! 3/5/2010

I love Pharaohs Hairum! I started going there about 3 years ago and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I love the atmosphere and always leave feeling beautiful. My stylist knows what I like and always gives me the best haircut! I completely trust the Pharaohs "family" to leave me feeling beautiful. The receptionists also provide a great ec=experience from the moment you walk in until you are on your way. Great place, great people! more

I have been frequenting Pharoah's Hairum Salon and Spa for over 15 years now and just recently due to the inclement weather got my haircut at another salon around the corner from my home.......What a mistake.......I immediately had to make an appointment at Pharoah's to have it rectified. Now I know why I have been a repeat client for so many years.....no one gets it right, but Pharoahs. They pamper you from the moment you walk in the door and wait on you hand and foot. Pharaohs Hairum is Rochesters Good Fortune 1/11/2010

I travel several states to go to Pharaohs. Wherever I travel no one seems to be able to duplicate the wonderful haircut and excellent color that Pharaohs Hairum provides. The staff is extremely professional guided by the years of experience accumulated by Stephen Minute, the owner. The quality of their work and the intent to please always is very evident. The staff is well trained in hair styling and their color is organic which leaves no residue or damage; and ones hair is soft, rich and shiny. Their expediency shows in the fact that you have the opportunity to book on line 24/7. I highly recommend this salon to everyone. more

Pharaoh's Hairum is AWFUL 11/5/2009

TERRIBLE. I went for a simple root cover-up and they dyed my hair BRIGHT ORANGE. Naturally I got upset and then they had the audacity to be rude to me. Completely incompetent and absolutely ridiculously awful. They have no idea how to work with the color product line they were using and after they ruined my hair the hairstylist next to me starting talking about how rude I was being by getting upset with my bright ORANGE hair! Unbelievable! more

Love to go there!! 10/2/2008

I love to go and get my hair cut and colored there. They are always friendly, take the time to see what you want and what will be best for you. I've had hair, make-up, facials, pedicures, massages and waxing done there and never been disappointed. more
