Pham's has had my car for two weeks now waiting for one part and i have not received one call during the entire process to update me on the delivery status. in fact, during one of the numerous days i called in because i was promised my car would be done several times already - i was berated for checking in so much. excuse me for caring about my personal transportation and for calling on the days i was told i could expect my car. they just don't seem to realize they are dealing with a large part of a person's livelihood and don't particularly seem like they're going to care anytime soon. i can only talk about my experience, and the delay may be caused by the delivery service themselves, but they're not doing anything to convince me they're worth doing business with again. any garage can use an unreliable auto parts dealer, i'd rather go to one that will at least be honest or seem to care about it. i've never been moved to sign up to these rating sites before and this is the third one i've done today, it's really upsetting. two weeks is just too long when it comes to your transportation not to find alternate ways to resolve the problem.
