My husband has used them twice after getting several estimates. They weren't the cheapest nor the most expensive. They did do the job without going over.

Recommended expensive computer equipment we did not need. Burned hours unnecessarily. Could not perform the simplest installation of a new server without 4 additional trips by 3 d...

Someone mentioned ""cheap"" and I was shocked. Petronella, while very professional, is just about the most expensive computer repair business in Raleigh. They have a minimum of $300 visit charge, and they don't even guarantee fixing your problem! more

A+++ Computer Repair in Raleigh, NC 2/16/2011

I came here with my laptop that would not charge, and within 2 hours of dropping it off got a phone call informing me that it was a DC jack replacement, and quoted me a VERY reasonable price. Jack came in within 3 days, and I was called when it came in, and it was installed and ready before closing time that day. GREAT experience would use again, and would suggest to ANYONE that needs their computer repaired QUICKLY and with updates! Thank you Petronella Computer Repair! more

Best computer repair in raleigh 2/9/2011

After taking my laptop to the Geek Squad and having them tell me I needed to buy a new computer rather than fixing it, it was great to hear a competent technician that gave us hope. Thanks to Petronella Computers we recovered over 3000 family pictures, and got our laptop back up and running for LESS than the price the competitors are charging for data recovery alone. They Took My Money 3/25/2008

Recommended expensive computer equipment we did not need. Burned hours unnecessarily. Could not perform the simplest installation of a new server without 4 additional trips by 3 different techs--which they charged for! TIP: Set your computers to automatic update at 3am and save yourself the expense of having this company come in to perform ""monthly updates"". Pros: Sound intelligent, talk a good game. Cons: Execution is terrible and used up what was to be one year support time in 3 months. more

Pleased With Service! 7/13/2004

With all the craziness of the world of computers, I have had my ups and downs. It is a lifesaver that I know someone who can competently explain the world of technology to me. Petronella Computer is a one-stop shop for all your computer needs. Anyways, they helped me diagnose the problem and most importantly solve it! There wasnt the usual run-around given by techno-geeks. They came in, saw what the problem was, and fixed it. Plus, the rates are extremely reasonable given their level of expertise. more
