My dog and I are at Petco almost weekly. It's a great place to see what new for the furry friends as well as work on socialization and training with your pet.

Worst

I cannot ever find help in this store. They are always busy and do not have enough employees. I usually end up standing in line or walking around looking for help for 15 minutes b...

I visited this chandler store last year and have not returned.I had to return an item and spoke to the manager,his name was mike.This guy was extreamly rude,he refused to help me and basically told me to forget it.When I approached him he was yelling at an employee, poor girl was being verbally abused.If my employer ever spoke to me that way I would tell him to shove it! NO WONDER there were very few employees.Petco,find managers that respect thier customers and thier employees.Inow shop at petsmart,where customers and employees matter. more

Pets Galore 6/26/2005

Petco always has a huge variety of small animals and fish to look at. The staff are nice. They carry all the most looked for brands of pet supplies and never run out of stock. PROS: many locations, good prices CONS: animals sometimes ill due to over-stock more

Petco animal supplies 6/21/2005

I have been in some great Petcos but this one is not one of the best ones I have been in. The employees are few far and beyond and when you do ask them for help half the time they seem very annoyed. more

Cannot ever find help in this store! 4/17/2005

I cannot ever find help in this store. They are always busy and do not have enough employees. I usually end up standing in line or walking around looking for help for 15 minutes before I get help. The store is usually clean but I dont like the fact that they do not have enough employees to serve customers. more

Very slow service 4/6/2005

This store never has enough employees, I have to hunt around the store for 20 minutes just to find someone who can help me with what I need. I avoid this store unless it is absolutely neccesary. The employees seem annoyed and bothered when you ask them for help. more
