I love Pet Savers. The staff is always friendly and helpful when I go in the store. I love that fact that my dog can go shopping with me. They have a wide variety of products for all kinds of pets. I love supporting the community and will continue to shop here. Friendlier and more personal that Petsmart or Petco. more

Friendly service, locally owned 10/6/2008

This is a great store for all of your pet supplies, including food. The staff is friendly and helpful, and your pets are always welcome in the store. We find the prices to be fair and competitive with the chain stores. The store has a selection of fish, birds, and small animals, and often has cats available for adoption from a local shelter. I have not seen dogs for sale there. more

Pet Saver - Savings! 10/3/2008

We found that Pet Saver was a great place to buy food for our cat at a fair price. They had a large selection and are locally owned. The owners appear to have fill a niche much needed in Rochester, after the close of other locally owned pet stores. However, I would not use their bird grooming services after seeing a friends bird with a poorly done grooming. more
