I have used Performance Automall to service my car for several years. The customer service is superb. I am able to make and confirm my appointments online. I generally wait and am well informed while there. In the rare occasion that I leave, I have been transported to my destination and my car is delivered to me in a timely fashion. I believe that I receive fair service and, unlike many dealerships, do NOT believe I am taken advantage of because I am female. I appreciate the value and service I receive EACH and EVERY time! great chapel hill area dealer service 7/11/2012

Our 2010TSX is due for annual inspection. I went to local garage, but the wait time is at least 2.5hrs. So I came to nearby Acura dealer and it only took less than an hour with a free car wash service as well. The Wi-Fi equipped wait area is comfortable, it's truly a pleasure experience. John Prillaman is as courtesy as can be. I like this dealership. more

Top-notch Acura Dealership 4/14/2012

I highly recommend Performance Acura. I bought my car there in 2002 and they have been maintianing it ever since. They work with my budget, which I totally appreciate, are always friendly and courteous and they make sure my car is in good shape. I feel like they only do what is necessary, and that keeps me comong back. They are a top-notch dealership. more

Excellent Experience Again 3/31/2012

I just bought my second car from Performance, and (as last time) they made it a very low pressure, friendly experience. Everyone I have interacted with at Performan over the past 8 years since I bought my first Acura has been friendly and easy to work with. I was happy to go back when it was time to trade in my old Acura for a new one! more

Great service friendly people 1/6/2012

I am always greeted with a smile when I have to drop my car for servicing. If there is something immediately which I have a concern about I know I can call and will get a calm and detailed answer. I'm so happy I have an Acura and I also love the service I receive when I come here and even better - I usually leave with a clean car! more

Excellent Experience!! 12/29/2011

For Christmas, I gave my wife a 2012 Acura TL.....she had been talking about it for months, and I was thankfully able to purchase it. Kyle was my salesperson and he did a superb job in assisting me with my purchase. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase an Acura. This was my first experience with Hendrick, but will not be my last!!! more

We purchased our Acura RDX in Charlotte and have used its sister dealership for all our service. From making the appointment to having the actual service done, the folks at Performance Acura make everything very easy. They offer loaner vehicles for my convenience and even offer several levels of detailing to complete the service experience. Number one in my book! more

my wife and I have both owned honda's and we bought our first Acura from Performance acura, our buying experience was professional and stressfree. Yesterday we went in for our first service an oil change, tire rotation and a noise inside car, first we met Matt Moeller, then we met Jake, shop foreman who rode with us to help find our mystery noise, jake was very patient, and solved our problem, Matt was very pleasant and professional to deal with, and we enjoyed our loaner car allowing my wife and I to get things done, the whole experience has been WOW! Thanks Matt and Jake! more

Fantastic service, again 11/29/2011

I've had 3 Acuras in the past 7 years, and I've had them all maintained by Performance. It's one of the few dealerships that makes it easy, from scheduling, to loaner cars, to (most importantly) honesty. The work is top notch, there's no attempt to perform unecessary work, and everyone on the staff is great to deal with. Performance has my business for purchasing and maintaining our cars for years to come! more

Service Department... 10/16/2011

When I first moved to North Raleigh in 1999, I was driving my first Acura, an 1988 Legend L series. I discovered Performance Acura shortly after and have been taking my Acuras (we now have 3) there for service. One of the things that I appreciate most is the stability in their service managers. I have only worked with 2 different managers over the past 12 years. They know me, they know my vehicles and we talk regularly about what really must be done to keep my vehicles running well and in good mechanical shape. I currently have my 1999 RL at just over 200,000 miles, a 2005 MDX with 151,000 miles and a couple of years ago bought a 2009 TSX with 30,000 miles. All three are running great and it is a direct result of the excellent level of service and support that I get from Performance and their team of Acura specialists. Really an excellent group to work with. Easy to get to as well,...right off I40 in Chapel Hill. I highly recommend them... more

Acura Service with no worries 9/16/2011

I have bought my last two automobles (both Acura) from Performance Acura and since 1995, this is the only place I've had service performed (which speaks volumes because I'm pretty picky). The service advisors are polite, careful, have a good knowledge in all areas and thorough. That is very encourgaing but the real pleasure for me is the quality of work from the technicians. Never has there been any fallout from any service. I can leave the dealership without a care which has not been my experience with other dealerships in the past. Just great quality of work from the mechanics. I feel lucky that I have them to service my car. more

Excellent Service Dept! 9/9/2011

I have had two Acura's, a TSX and an RDX. The TSX was purchased at Performance, while the RDX was not because they did not have what I needed. The Service Dept. has been equally impressive regardless of where I purchased. Individuals like Christoffer make getting your car serviced an enjoyable experience. Performance really knows how to treat their customers, whether its greeting you when you come in, not making you wait, calling when your car is ready, giving you a loaner, etc. Keep up the great work! more

I live in Raleigh, but I make the drive to Chapel Hill any time my MDX needs service, because the service is outstanding and the people are so friendly. John and Mike always take great care of me and my car. They do a great job washing it and the car looks like new every time. They really go above and beyond to provide great service. more

Outstanding Dealership 7/11/2011

I have never experienced, anywhere, the service and attention I get at Performance Acura of Chapel Hill. John Prillaman is as good as they come. All work is completed on time and to my satisfaction. I have met several of the mechanics and all have been courteous and professional. I would expect to purchase another Acura at some point. You cannot go wrong with Performanace Acura. more

I purchased a 2008 TL in July of 2010. I love the car. The dealership has been a pleasure to work with from buying the car, to getting the oil changed, to having repair work done when someone backed into my beautiful new car. Performance Acura Service Dept 6/25/2011

Took my 2009 TSX in for a problem with the sattelite radio. They gave me a loaner, newer than my car, kept mine until they determine what was wrong, fixed it beautifully, and returned my car to me and picked up the loaner. Marc in the service department was OUTSTANDING to work with. more

Outstanding Service Department! 6/23/2011

I have dealt wigh a number of service departments but Performance is at the top! Every aspect, from making an appointment, check-in, work performance, and returning your clean auto, demonstrates that they understand customer service and practice it. They have few peers. more
