The girl had me waiting 20 minutes past my scheduled time and was very abrupt and rude. She also had an appointment right behind me who left since the technician was running late. She also had the audacity to point to us in a hallway and announce our services? Um.... The appointment type is a personal thing! I stayed to receive one treatment to see what it was like. It was laughable! I mean I could put on a skin tight leotard and have my husband roll a handheld vacuum cleaner to my skin and get the same results! Also the place was messy and unsanitary. She also left her schedule out on her laptop giving me the names of other clients and what treatments they were receiving. This place is truly unprofessional. If they wanted new clients and promoted thru group on to get them, then we should certainly be treated with more respect than we were. Ladies, if you haven't redeemed your Groupon yet I advise you get your group on bucks back. I know I'll never go back! more
