The location on wistar road is the absolute worse!!! Everytime I have ever taken a car there for inspection they always regret it for some stupid crap. I can turn around and it take it to another shop and don't understand why it was regretted and pass it right off the bat!! They are out to get as much money from you as possible and dont care about their customers at all!!! more

Pep Boys is time consuming 8/27/2009

I had worst experence with pepboys\r worst service with state inspection.\r takes forever.\r if you fix your own your car like changing bulbs after rejection, you have to go several times more

Mixed Results 11/8/2005

This auto repair shop appears to be honest and fair. However, the workmanship oftend depends on the mechanic you get and it always take forever to get work done. You can never just bring your car in and leave 2 or 3 hours later. They always insist you leave it over night. I can't stand that. If they managed their mechanics/time/schedule better I don't think this would be such an issue. I don't try to get anything done there anymore because it takes so long. more
