Best Pawn Shop in town. 10/26/2011

Times have been hard lately, and last week I was trying to make my mortgage payment by selling some of my wife's jewelry. I went to every pawn shop and jewelry store in town. People's Pawn Shop beat everyone elses price. They even gave me a little more than I asked for, saying they wanted to be fair and make a customer not just make a quick buck. The owner and store manager are very nice and eager to help. They definately made a life long customer out of me. Pros: null Cons: null more

Like another family 2/8/2006

I have been dealing with this Pawn shop for the past 15 years. I started when I needed to pawn something and now I do nothing but buy Jewelry. Their selection is just as good as any of the jewelry stores in town and their price is only 1/3 of the other stores. Not only am I impressed with them but they have been voted the best Pawn shop in Columbia since 1999-2005. more

Help in a time of need. 2/8/2006

I had never pawned anything before in my life. My aunt past away and I needed money so I decided to try it. The employees at peoples pawn where so friendly and helpful that it made the whole situation better for me. They really helped me out in my time of need. Great work Guys more

Peoples Pawn Shop - downtown 9/22/2005

These guys are one of the worst pawn shp's I have ever seen. And I've seen some bad one's in my travels. If you enjoy being treated poorly by obnoxious morons then this is your place. more
