This place sucks.
I was told by my insurance company that they would cover all expenses for new glasses. Of course, there was a select few I was able to chose from. The place STILL charged me $60 (I was stupid and didn't catch that, so it's partially my fault). When I came back to pick up my glasses, I only got the glasses and a small black bag with some spray. The lady ""helping"" me didn't even ask to adjust the frames or anything. I didn't even receive a case or soft cloth until I asked for one. I also asked why I had to pay $60 if my insurance covered everything. They apologized and told me the only way they could refund me was with a company check. I was told to come back the next day. I didn't want to waste time and drive back, so I asked if they could mail it.. Their response was that it could take anywhere between 4-6 WEEKS. How is it possible that I could come back the next day and pick up the check, but if I wanted it mailed to my house, it would take weeks? Anyway, I went back the next day, and the check isn't even ""ready"". They were rude and acted like they were trying to make me give up.
Long story short, just don't come here. You will be disappointed.
