the wait time in this particular office is OUTRAGEOUS for this particular office. also, my son was due a check-up on may 24th 2005 and i did not even receive a courtousy call to set up an appointment, nor a reminder of ANY kind about this checkup. when i asked about why a young lady at the front counter told me that "sometimes they do and sometimes they don't" i kid you not! (no pun intended) i also feel that the physicians there are very competant however with office staff that is NOT, i would not recommend.
